Dr. Perretz is a fully-licensed, board-certified physician in the specialty of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

His practice focuses on pain elimination and non-surgical orthopedics. Many athletes have sought him out for prolotherapy to help restore injured tendons and ligaments. Many others have used prolotherapy to help with chronic back or neck pain. He continues to offer osteopathic manipulation, acupuncture, prolotherapy, and neural therapy services, along with trigger point injections, and other aspects of musculoskeletal medicine.

Dr. Perretz is one of a small handful of doctors in the country to have integrated these philosophies and skills in his approach to medicine.

Patients have traveled from Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hamphshire, and Maine, as well as New York and New Jersey to seek his care.
